We will use a polarity map to understand the interdependence between norms and individuality so you can leverage the best of both.

Kristen Pelletier

Kristen worked at the International School of Brussels for 19 years, first as a teacher and most recently for 11 years as the Director of Student Support Services.

She is a founding Co-Director and Design Team Member of the Next Frontier Inclusion (NFI) collaborative, and is a trainer for the Teacher Training Center, and Education Across Frontiers.

Her undergraduate degree is in Special Education and graduate degree in K-12 Educational Administration.

As of August 2017, Kristen has transitioned into full-time educational consultancy work with the goal of of supporting international schools along their journey toward exemplary inclusive cultures and practices.
